How cute and festive are these chocolate dipped heart shaped brownies?! Would you be surprised if I told you they were packed with 5 super food ingredients? I made these brownies with Cacao Bliss from Earth Echo Foods instead of traditional cocoa powder and they turned out so well! Cute and delicious…and good for you!

This Cacao Bliss is an awesome way to get all the best vitamins and minerals and you get to feel like you are having a treat! It is infused with potent foods like turmeric and MCT oil, it’s more than a decadent treat – it’s a wellness elixir! Plus, it is dairy free and gluten free!

Here is what you will need:

  • Light butter – or regular butter
  • Monk Fruit Sweetener – or sugar. My favorite brand is Lakanto. You can use the code SPRINKLES for 15% off!
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla
  • Pumpkin Puree – I use this to keep the fat low without making them dry.

  • Oat Flour – can sub with regular AP flour
  • Salt
  • Baking Powder
  • White Chocolate Candy Melts – if you want to dip yours
  • Sprinkles – if you want to decorate them!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp light butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tbsp vanilla

  • 3/4 cup Cacao Bliss Cacao Powder

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • White chocolate candy melts (optional)

  • Sprinkles (optional)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325. Line an 8×8 metal baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl. (butter through vanilla)
  • Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk. (Cacao Bliss through salt)
  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and whisk until combined. Pour into pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. It will continue to bake a bit in the pan.
  • Cut brownies with a heart shaped cookie cutter. Dip in melted white chocolate and decorate with sprinkles. Allow to cool on parchment.
