Healthy Fruit Dip

Jump to Recipe

This fruit dip is made with protein powder to add some sweetness and protein to this healthy dip! It is so perfect for a brunch, breakfast, cookout, or summer treat! In fact, I’ve got my mom hooked on this when she wants something sweet! I use my favorite whipped topping, Truwhip, which doesn’t have any of those weird ingredients in it. This dip is so easy to make and can be prepared ahead of time.

Use your favorite fruit here! You can cut up anything. I love berries, but a rainbow platter is so pretty so feel free to include a bunch of colors. I am partial to Clean Simple Eats protein. I love their commitment to clean ingredients and I love how it tastes. It also has NO artificial sweeteners, which I am a big fan of. After years of drinking and eating them, I mostly eliminated them from my diet and I feel so much better!

I use reduced fat cream cheese because fat free is impossible to find at the moment, but feel free to use what you can find! Wouldn’t this platter be so fun for a school graduation with fruits that matched the color of the school?
