Mini Shamrock Pies

Mini Shamrock Pies

Jump to Recipe

How cute are these little green pies?! Aren’t they perfect to celebrate St Patrick’s Day? They are so easy to make and keep well in the freezer. They remind me so much of a Shamrock Shake from Mc Donald’s. Sweet and minty! The chocolate from the Oreo’s is the perfect complement! I used Oreo Thins, which worked perfectly. You can use regular Oreos or just one side too.

Here is what you will need:

  • TruWhip – the best whipped topping
  • Reduced Fat Cream Cheese – or regular
  • Protein Powder – optional, but adds sweetness. Can sub a few drops of liquid stevia if you don’t have it. I used vanilla protein powder.
  • Mint Extract
  • Green Food Coloring – or you can use green spirulina for a dye free option
  • Oreo Thins – or just use regular Oreos
  • Sprinkles and Mini Chocolate Chips – if desired.
