Not really ice cream, but made with @truwhip whipped topping! They are fun, healthier, and easy to put together. You can change out the sprinkles for any holidays or themes that you want. You can even use cinnamon grahams for a different flavor! These fun pastels remind me of spring!
These are super easy to make and you can even get the kids involved! You can make these and keep them in the freezer if you want too. Just place some parchment between each one and store in a zip lock or air tight container.

Directions
- Let tub of Truwhip warm up just slightly. It’s easier to use if it is still somewhat hard. Scrape any excess off the side.
- Layer the whipped topping between two grahams.
- Freeze on a sheet pan for at least two hours.
- Remove from freezer and dip each side in sprinkles before serving.
