High protein breakfast meal prep! These are super easy to make. We make them weekly! My whole family loves them and it is so nice to be able to grab them in the morning! A great way to start your day with a protein rich breakfast!
Feel free to use whatever veggies, cheese, and/or meat that you like! We make them with bacon, swiss, spinach, broccoli, ham, etc! I usually double the recipe because our whole fam loves to eat them. These freeze well too, so you can make a big batch.
I really like using a silicone muffin pan. This is the one I have. It makes them super easy to pop out! I tend to still spray them, but they are much easier than a regular muffin tin.
Here is what you will need:
- Eggs
- Egg Whites
- Turkey Breakfast Sausage – I like the pre-cooked Jimmy Dean
- Reduced Fat Shredded Cheese
