Summer is almost here! I am always looking for fun and healthy snacks for my family and this one is super easy to make. It’s also really easy to eat! Sometimes watermelon is messy, haha:) My kids gobbled these up! I like to squeeze extra lime juice over the watermelon, it gives it an extra pop of flavor!

I made the dip with TruWhip, which is my favorite whipped topping. It has no artificial colors, flavors, or high fructose corn syrup. I also love that they have 4 varieties. Original, Vegan, Light, and Keto. Something for everyone! If you want to adapt this recipe to be dairy free, vegan, etc. Just make sure you choose the right version of TruWhip.

Ingredients

  • Watermelon

  • 1 cup thawed TruWhip

  • 1/2 tsp lime juice

  • 1/2 tsp lime zest

Directions

  • Cut watermelon into ‘fries’.
  • Combine TruWhip with lime juice and zest.
  • Squeeze additional lime juice over the top of the fries for more flavor.
  • Dip ‘fries’ into whipped topping.
